Take his licence away for five years and crush whatever is left of his car. These idiot’s need proper sanction.
What he travelling so fast on that road for so early in the morning? He was already late to get home and now he hasn’t gotten home at all. In a critical condition, causing more anxiety and stress to his family.
I hope whatever he was rushing from was worth it. I hope it was not a case of alcohol and speed for them two don’t walk well together.
In all seriousness though, drivers, young and old, need to be much more mindful when getting behind the wheel of a car. I pray he makes it and would have learnt his lesson.
Of course he will have penalties to face but much more important is the lesson to be learnt, not just by him, but ALL drivers.
He should a dead one time. Since he not dead take way he license for 5 years and triple his auto insurance.
Make he pay he hospital bill in full and all by himself. Ignorant idiot.
