The concerned citizens wants to the police to answer whether police officers participated in the event and whether the event was organised and protected by police officers.
The video shows dozens of cars on display with a number of individuals also in view.
The concerned citizen who was ticketed for a much smaller gather is asking the police whether any of the participants of this event were ticketed or arrested.
ANR has put the questions to the police and we await a response.
