1. As much as I don’t like this clown. Unnuh think he’s gonna have anything illegal around him and he knows he’s a target for the political directorate who controls the police ondcp and the military?

3. My only concern about this is the protocol/lack thereof by the police.

   Basically a guy without uniform/badge/markings is on a porch at night knocking 3 sets of times and only says “Dias” on one occasion, when asked “who dat?” Only then he identifies himself as police.

   Afterwards when the door opened another officer in plain clothes (but at least a visible badge) walks up.

   Police need to do better

   None may question the ‘…Court’s Issuance of Search Warrants (SW’S).’

   From time immemorial, this has been an aid to ‘…Crime Detection.’

   This is particularly so, as it affects, inter alia:

   (a) ‘…Concealed identifiable property of specific descriptions (including seizure of non-
   identifiable: but with Reasonable Suspicion):

   (b) …Weapons such as ‘…Firearms and Ammunition:

   (c) …Documents relating to certain criminal acts (Fraud): and

   LITIGIOUSLY UNLAWFUL

   Professionally and emphatically speaking, ‘…J’TRUTH’S ARREST,’ appeared ‘…LITIGIOUSLY UNLAWFUL.’

   Failing these, ‘J’TRUTH,’ likened to ‘…UNLAWFUL ARREST VICTIMS/LITIGANTS:

10. I am of the view that the police received an anonymous call suggesting that he be checked out. They have a duty to respond to any calls of this nature, albeit ultimately frivolous.

    He has been promoting his scheduled interview exclusive with the new independent MP, now the Minister of Agriculture, Lands, Fisheries and the Blue Economy.

    He was planning to “spill the beans” about the UPP and his reasons for resigning in the middle of the night.

    Why would the current administration want to raid his home? It wouldn’t be in their best interest.

    That smells more like an opposition move. I’m not suggesting that the call was initiated by anyone at the leadership level. Just any member or supporter. After all, they started the rumor of the acquisition of some 6 million dollars.

    People can be evil, when they despise you for your political actions. They see you as depriving their vision to lead this country. They don’t like his chess game.

    The young man with a huge following, though unscrupulous in many ways, has been in support of the Hon. Anthony Smith since his resignation. His Lives are damning to the opposition.

    • I would want to support most of what you’ve said; only if it were so, because, as a member of clan that controls through threats, deception and victimization, you should be very knowledgeable. Did anyone ever even identified the person who publicly threatened Franz Defreitas?

11. Who are these public servants trying to impress? It certainly is not us the general public who have to worry that going to a small business could get us robbed or killed. As soon as Gaston says something about someone he believes do not the means to deal with him, they spring into action. C’mon man, go and find some real work to do.

12. I still do not understand as to why the young lady & J’ Truth were not seriously charged a high fine for the irresponsible .

    Everyone has a right to express themselves freely but one need to be responsible when doing so.

    Threats and endorsing threats on a man’s life should be considered extremely serious and should be dealt with according to the law.

13. So you go with a search warrant and leave with him in handcuffs…..was something illegal found which caused him to be placed under arrest?
    The whole operation looks so unprofessional. What a country. Now I see how they operate, I neither feel safe around police nor young barefoot bandits.

14. Have the same Police ever gone and have conversations with GASTON BROWNE? I have listened to recording of him saying things about others.He gets away with it because the Police are in his pockets.They are all afraid to confront him from top to bottom. However,they would go after this man.What reasons did the Police give the Magistrate to issue that search warrant.In my opinion,it is an abuse of power.
