On another note, why does a national footballer have to beg for support from his country after being injured? All national sportsmen should refuse to compete for Antigua in support of this young man. This is a glimpse of what will become of them if they too are injured while competing.
Where is the Honourable Minister of Sports in all of this? I have seen this young man pleading for assistance for MONTHS and NOT A PEEP from the Minister of Sports. Absolutely disheartening and disgusting to see that this is what a young footballer has to resort to.
