The woman says she visited her cousin and police assured her that he has been given medical attention.
She says that turned out to be a lie and that the actions of the police are out of order.

Even worse he was supposed to be taken to the Magistrate Court this afternoon to answer to the charge of throwing missiles and granted bail but the prosecution inexplicably had no file. It is a travesty in this country how the rights of an accused are trampled on. We will see what happen tomorrow.

Having other charges pending is just a ploy to keep him in lock up. Why not lay all the charges at once? Seems a lot of the people we call police officers can only play dirty tricks on the people.
