12. If there was a known surety that the citizens, do have the privilege to be licensed firearm holders. This punk trend would have been long neutralized and eradicated. But the citizenry is cast aside like waiting ducks to be picked off at will-without protection from a reactionary governance and constabulary. Just profile all people and you may just have a clothing match to catch these robbers.

    Getting tips of who may be in possessions of guns is not sufficient to stop crimes, there must be crime prevention tactic being used that reduces opportunities for criminal act, confuses criminals, put fear of apprehension in criminals and condition the society to cooperate with law enforcement and to be good citizens.

    Policing is a social science, you must understand society, and behavior to be effective at policing. Years of experience in policing to me is not sufficient to understanding how to provide solutions to what society is showing you it needs and is turning into.

    Please guys, get some experts in these fields to help develop a tactic. You may exclude me, it is important for me to show this is not an intent of mine to get any positions. This is sincerely because I care and I love the field.
