They publish your name AFTER trying to get in contact with you, NOT BEFORE you give them a chance to collect their cheques. Teachers have been going to collect their cheques based on the lists that your ministry sent out. So if they are coming for checks and they are not there is once again showing the incompetence of ministry in posting factual information and not teachers unwillingness to collect their monies. Purpose aryu purpose and you jus continue to show your ministry’s incompetence in your words.
