The APUA Water Business Unit advises that a 20-inch transmission line at Crabbs has been broken. The affected line has been isolated to facilitate urgent repairs, and distribution is currently being supported via an alternative 16-inch line.
While this temporary arrangement is in place, it may not be able to adequately supply all customers typically served by the Parham Booster Station. As a result, some communities may experience low water pressure or temporary service interruptions until repairs are completed.
Our team is actively working to complete repairs as quickly as possible and restore normal service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
