    • I certainly agree!! They are great humanitarians…… Barbudans should never be ungrateful to them…… Mr. Spencer, the former prime minister rename a part of our patrimony and called it Mt Obama…. Can anyone tell us what President Obama done for us. Furthermore what has the US done for us?

  1. I know its good and a but why give away land when there is so many unfinished project buildings why don’t the government either renovate or destroy the underdeveloped buildings and turn those spaces into embassies instead of giving the land away and leaving less land for the younger ones coming with in the long run will lead to brain drain and chaos in the country

  2. F**k me. When will it stop?
Is this all this government can offer?
Land, Land and more Land giveaways?
I see why they are referred to as the Real Estate Government.

  3. For all that Venezuela has done for Antigua and Barbuda, 2 acres is not enough. When you think of all the undeserving speculators who got much more, its a pity. Good move anyway

  4. Happy 40th ANNIVERSARY to Antigua and Barbuda 🇦🇬 the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela 🇻🇪

  5. Not a problem at all, especially when Hugo Chevez was President of Venezuela 🇻🇪 He was always a loyal and more than a good friend to Antigua 🇦🇬

When times were good and their economy was booming, helped us out … we must align with our true friends!

I also hope that Venezuela’s economy improves over time …

  6. Where is the Embassy going to be built? The story above does not say where the land is situated. The Cubans need to build an Embassy in Antigua. Then the Iranians and Russians need to build theirs also.
