ABLP candidate Michael M. Joseph says he plans to rely on local contractors to carry out community upgrades in St. John’s Rural West, with a focus on improving infrastructure and sporting facilities.
Joseph said residents have been calling for safer spaces, better roads and stronger community resources, and he intends to respond to those concerns through targeted development efforts.
He said empowering contractors within the constituency will ensure that the benefits of these projects remain within the community while accelerating needed improvements.

Joseph added that upgrades to sporting facilities are also a priority, noting that better-equipped spaces are needed to support athletes and community engagement.
“The work continues,” he said, as he outlined his commitment to strengthening St. John’s Rural West.
