A Villa family is offering 10k to anyone who can help identify this burglar who broke into their home Saturday evening.

 

According to reports, the burglar used a knife to gain entry into the at approximately 9.p.m.

 

Surveillance video of the incident shows him jumping over a fence and entering through the front door.

 

Once inside he demanded money from two female occupants who themselves in their respective rooms and called for help.

 

One of the women reportedly escaped through her bedroom window and ran to neighbours for help.

 

The criminal  was dressed in green pants, long-sleeved shirt and red tam with a mask covering his nose and mouth.

  3. That is one of many reasons.Why homeowners in Antigua and Barbuda need a gun.A license fire arm.Then train all those of age within the home to use.In my opinion.He should be leaving in a body bag.That is the way I feel.

  9. Glad that the ladies are safe.
    Come on People! The basic lock on the door is not enough to prevent or delay entry. A knife of screwdriver, as you saw, can allow forced entry very easily. A second lock from the inside would have delayed or prevent this easy entry and give the ladies time to escape or make
    a phone call before he got in. If extra force was need it probably would have deterred him.
    But from the video, there is a very good chance that he will be identified.
