Exactly ten days after the post-Blue Jeans shooting, the police have charged a man with attempted murder, but now the victim says that’s not his attacker.
While admitting “I don’t know who shot me,” Dorian Marshall insists it is not Lawn Nicholas, Aka “T.I”, the man police charged today with the offense.
Marshall who was shot in the leg while leaving Blue Jeans fete on July 9, reacted to the charge on ABS’s Facebook page.
“This man never shot me, how can you do this,” the victim asked.
He also called on the police to “let the man go” while urging officers to “do them work good and stop spoil up people name.”
In addition to attempted murder, T.I was further charged with possession of firearm and ammunition, possession of firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life and property, and discharging a firearm in a public place.
Nicholas is expected before the Court on Thursday.

LOL…what a bafoon???? I respect you stating that the man charged was not the one who shot you but for you to come out and tell the police or law enforcement “to do them work and tap poil people name” so to speak and with that attitude; you’re not helping.
Let me remind victims and innocents, the policing does not start with the police, it starts with us. so we (the victims and innocents) are the ones who must be able to stand up and say NO not in my backyard or front yard. He/she was wearing so and so. He/she had a tattoo or similar yah or dey? he/she smelled like rosemary or of vanilla. he/she arh me mommy, auntie, daddy, brother, best friend that me see do um! Once you got these straight and pass them on to the law enforcement the “policing” WILL CONTINUE.

Most of these shootings are linked to gang justice and revenge.. You hurt me or someone for me we coming for you. We need to clean the streets of them all,even the so called victims they are all criminals and know what they are involved in,why else is he so dam sure it was not this person that shot him..They are really out of control right now,somethings just not sitting right with all these shootings and stealing of vehicles etc.. Defense force needs to come out in their numbers and tek them backsides out,we deserve to live in peace and not be afraid to go anyplace.
If they have gun and ammo and a victim forensics should and will prove where the bullet came from that gun. Ignorance is alive and kicking with that “stop spoil up people name statement”. Sometimes silence is best
