Steve Urlings was sentenced to 45 years in prison this morning for the murder of 19-year-old Albert Browne.
Browne died on the spot after he was shot three times in his face and chest.
The shooting occurred in Booby Alley on September 1, 2014.
During the sentencing hearing, the victim’s mother told the court she wanted Urlings to tell her why he killed her son.
However, no answer was offered by Urlings who still maintains he is innocent of the crime.
