  2. I pray that the hospital would get the necessary blood and Ms Messiah would have a successful surgery..
    This brings me to another point. Ever so often I see notices being circulated that blood is need at the hospital urgently. We must find ways of embarking on continuous blood drive and encourage citizens to be a part of this drive. People would only appreciate how important and urgent it is to give blood when the recipient is a family member or a close acquaintance. As a nation, we have not done enough to encourage citizens to donate blood to the hospital blood bank. It is very important that we remedy this situation soonest.

    • I agree. I went to give blood for some people since my blood time is not very common (O-) but I must say that I had not always pleasant experience at the hospital, especially long wait… Hospital need to be more accommodating for the people willing to donate blood.
