   She didn’t apologize for being against the UWIFIC (uwi would be WATERING DOWN it’s brand) so why would she apologize for wanting to help fund ukraine in the war with russia?

Apologize for the increased death tolls caused by this colossal mistake. Apologize for misleading the country about YIDA, WICEZ,the human smuggling/trafficking saga, for borrowing 540 million dollars on the backs of the tax payers without informing parliament and refusing to give any stimulus. The list is infinite. Alas, but a narcissistic clown like you will never admit to your wrongdoings. You know what? Why don’t you just resign.
    And just listen to the Labourites, incapable of coherent thought unless its the garbage spurted by this failure. As far as I know, this is supposed to be a country where speech is free. Mr. Payne must have forgotten how they treated him not too long ago.

15. While I’d agree it was an unfortunate statement and inappropriate by the UPP Chairwoman; Gaston has the right to respond. But to ask for an apology ?
    As “Realy ??” writes this is Gastlighing in its true form.
    But the fact is Antiguans and Barbudans are gaslighted everyday; day in day out by Gaston and the little puppies around him.

    What is unfortunate about what the UPP Chairwoman said? The original intent was that the proceeds of any seized property was to go to the rebuilding of Ukraine. If wasn’t for countries to steal Russian citizens properties and hold on to the proceeds. It seems to me that a lot of Antiguans think stealing is ok. This could account for all the break ins in Antigua.
    After Gaston finish pilling on debts for the country, he is taking people’s assets he said to pay down debt.. Everybody knows that a lot of the proceeds will disappear into their thieving pockets.
    Can’t believe this man is asking for an apology and some of you people supporting him.
    Gaston and his supporters appear to have no scruples.
