United Progressive Party candidate for St. Mary’s North has gone viral for the wrong reason.
He made a major gaffe by endorsing the ABLP at the UPP’s campaign launch last night. This is what he said:

I, Senator Johnathan Joseph, the United Progressive Party Candidate for St. Mary’s North, am correcting statements made at the conclusion of my platform speech at the Party’s Campaign Launch on Thursday, January 27.
Those statements were made purely through human error, as any examination of the sentiments that preceded them will attest.
Be assured that my support, advocacy and endorsement of the United Progressive Party have not changed, and I am proud to be one of its standard-bearers.
For Johnathan Joseph, the UPP is the Right Choice, and remains so, for St. Mary’s North and for Antigua and Barbuda.
I sincerely apologize for any confusion or hurt caused by my error.

Jonathan Joseph is TEAM RICAHRD LEWIS! It was deliberate on his part. Everyone knows the party is split and confused with all kinda internal battles. There are two other leadership camps withing the UPP: (1) Jammarl Pringle and (2) Richard Lewis
They actually do not want the UPP to win the election. Their goal is to GET RID OF HAROLD LOVELL by hook or by crook. There are upp supporters bad-mouthing Harold Lovell in his own constituency.
