The United Progressive Party (UPP) is gearing up for a significant event, announcing a Grand Political Rally scheduled for Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.

The rally will take place at the Seaview Farm Playing Field in All Saints West. This event comes on the heels of UPP leader Jamale Pringle’s recent announcement regarding the introduction of new candidates for the upcoming elections, marking a pivotal moment for the party.

The rally is expected to draw considerable attention, especially following the recent high-profile resignations of prominent party members, including former PRO Damani Tabor and long-serving member Dr. Edmond Mansoor.

These departures have raised questions about the party’s future direction and leadership stability.

In his previous statements, Pringle emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration within the party as they move forward with their campaign strategies.

The upcoming rally is anticipated to serve as a platform for the announcement of new candidates, reinforcing the party’s commitment to refreshing its lineup ahead of the elections.

Party officials encourage supporters to attend the rally, with the slogan “Come, let us reason together!” underscoring a call for community engagement and dialogue about the party’s vision and policies.

  1. 10 NEW CANDIDATES to be unveiled including in Rural West. Boy Richard Lewis u sarl.

By will or by force Gisele Isaac-Arrindell will make you leave HER party.

Chevaughn Benjamin done peep de shot long time, so he resigned!!!

  2. There is NO REASONING with the Lipstick Hag!! Her way or de highway!!

Too late, too late to now try and “reason”. Too many resignations pointing to Pringle and Man Cow as the main issue.

  3. Ashworth Azille is DOMINICAN!!! Will Gisele approve of him, while hating on Richard JAMAICAN wife???

    Sowerby Gomes is BORN ANTIGUAN!!!

  4. The United progressive party ; has failed my Vote.
I live near don’t stab me up!
Ps any spam or illegal act towards my security; we’ll be directly posted to the FTC : AND LAW.

  5. Seeing this march makes me proud to be an Antiguan (especially after Anthony ‘Judas’ Smith desertion). All Saints West is the appropriate place for these democratic and patriotic demonstrations.

However, the myopic ABLP acolytes, Gastonites and his lickspittling gutter-snipes will be on this news item/portal like flies 🪰🪰🪰on manure 💩; because what’s taking place within the UPP is of more concern to them than putting food on their children’s tables, Maria Browne’s poor housing policy, and not forgetting the terrible road and water infrastructures.

    HERE THEY COME … 😁

  6. This shit keeps getting worse and worse. A rally will not bridge the chasm the HATRED AND DIVISION IN UPP! School children say the problem is Richard Lewis.

He vex he didn’t win the leadership race, so he sow seeds of discord…..a SORE LOSER IS HE!!!!

  7. I keep hearing all this talk about a campaign hosted by the United Progressive Party (UPP), but let me tell you this clearly: here at Buckley’s Line Law Pasture, we are suffering. Every day, we’re driving in and out of what feels like a swimming pool—up and down, through deep potholes—and we’ve been begging for something as simple as some stones to fill the road.

We’re not asking for much. Just some stones to put down so we can drive safely. Until then, we will not be partaking in any political agendas, whether it’s UPP or the Antigua Labour Party (ALP). All we ask is for these two political giants to pay attention to our constituency and its constituents.

We don’t want big promises or grand speeches—we’re only asking for some basic attention to our needs. Stones on the road—that’s it. Until then, don’t expect us to engage in any political campaigning. We are the people, and we deserve to be heard. Take care of our road, and only then can we begin to discuss anything else.

  8. Yesssss Pringle 👏 show dem what you got. Plenty Richard Lewis supporters want to see you fail, but God not asleep

Let’s Gooooo Pringle your time now!! No YARDEE in are we subben.

    LITTLE BLACK BOY!

  9. How long will we suffer- Your problem should be directed at Anthony Smith. He is not only the representative also a minister of the APLP government. The government is responsible via Public works for fixing all roads even if it is in a constituency that was won by UPP, every pays taxes. Everyone has to pay to license and insure their Vechicle to run on the road. The ruling government is the owner of all quarries , Berma is the main provider of the materials you are asking for.
All the truck , backhoes , road rollers are under the control of the government of which Anthony Smith is now a Minister. At government house at his swearing in the PM Gaston A Browne , that he is now going to fix All Saints West infrastructure. Although an unfortunate statement, since the people in every constituency should be given equal service- all pay taxes- we need to hold the government responsible.
Millions were spent on St.Mary’s infrastructure to win the seat in the by-election. They destroyed the play field- the water logged foundation is still there. They gave away cash – raw cash.
The only responsibility the opposition has in terms of your complaints is calling on the government. However I repeat , you are represented by an MP is now a member of the ABLP cabinet of Ministers.
Look when Ridges and Lamin Newton were vying to run in your constituency- Lamin was using government resources/ equipment to fix roads , clean over grown lands. So call on the government to fix your roads- hold them accountable.

  10. @ How long will we suffer
Go and pocket Gaston Browne and his wife’s offices. They are your government, not UPP. You want UPP to take money out of their own pockets to fix roads?

  11. UPP done SQUANDER MILLIONS ON ROADS!!! Thats why Antigua ppl vote out the WICKED, SCALDING, TERRIBLE “Sunshine government”
