Union Road Hatton Teen Granted Bail in Vehicle Larceny Case

Mitchy Spencer Jr., 18, of Union Road Hatton, was granted $30,000 bail with a $3,000 cash component after his first court appearance for vehicle larceny and receiving over 100 items.

The charges relate to the theft of a vehicle and various items from Reginald Peterson, a retired teacher and former Youth Skills Development Programme officer.

The stolen items, including electronics, clothing, food, medicine, cleaning items, bank cards, and tools, totaled $16,938.15.

Spencer Jr. will be released if he meets bail requirements until his next court date on May 15.

  1. The law should not have any mercy on these perpetrators. Why can’t they go & look work to do if they want to enjoy life & smell sweet….

That’s is part of the game..law enforcement do their part ( I think their need to charge this punk with a more offensive stuff ) like some countries ” racketeering,organize crime and so on” I’m not a expert but,maybe in some parts of this obsolete laws manuals,their have something to punish harder this scumbags.. minimum a 3- 4 years in jail without parole or so.

      At the end…NO CRIMINALS= NO LAWYERS.
      NO CRIMINALS=NO TOO MANY JUDGES
      NO CRIMINALS=LESS POLICE PERSONEL
      NO CRIMINALS= LESS CRAPS FROM THE NEWS PAPERS.
