‘Ugly’ WANTED by police

Police have issued a wanted bulletin for the immediate arrest of Adrian Shand aka “Heads” or “Ugly” of Cooks Hill. He is wanted in connection with a number of serious criminal offences.

Police believed that he is heavily armed, and is therefore considered to be extremely dangerous. Members of the public are warned not to make any attempts to approach him, if or when seen, but instead contact the Rapid Response Unit at 764-2348 or 4643938. An appeal has also been for Shand to surrender himself at any police station with his attorney or any family member immediately.

  2. Please listen to the above article and do not appreach Mr Shand I would like to believe he is extremely paranoid at this point so if he is seen please try ur best to be very inconspicuous if u intend to contact the police. PS I know him prior to this and I can tell u he is no joke.

      • D really did the police say what he was wanted in connection with … I guess there is someone out there with the same sentiments about u … stop being judge juror and executioner… before knowing the facts… by the way this press release is vague ANR need to stop rushing to be first to often u have to retract or correct ur story

  5. If this is the same person I think it is, the police fully well know where to locate him at Tindale Road.

    He and his mother are Jamaicans who rented a house from Junk Yard Cocks a few months ago, and play hide and seek with the public, especially since the death of his friend two-pound, who was shot and killed last year. Word on the streets is that he was one who helped in the get-away escape.

    He and his mom, both ugly alike, would show up separately in the day time, and they would sleep somewhere else at nights, it seems.

    The police have arrested him and let him go from that house on Tindale Road on several occassions. Word also has it that when he steals, he hides his treasures in other un-suspected people’s homes.

    Immmigration step in and do your jobs with assisting to track down these foreign parasites when they claim to come to Antigua to visitand then overstay and go in hiding to exhaust the system’s trackings.

    And you marries men and politicians, stop tek dem whoring foreign woman mek side-chick, a put dem in a rent house and a give dem money fu Western Union back todem country fu send fu dem bastard, criminal pickney dem, an dem likkle bad-ass daughters dem who always a run way from home at the expense of lawmen searching for them, to only find out they have big men riding them out and stronging them out on drugs and sending them back home.

    Antiguans are appealing for our safety and our country’s stability. Send back home these criminal termites.

    • I agreed send them all back home. Police knows who most of them are so it won’t be any problem in rounding them up for immigration and the court to deported back home. Some of them come here with their evil behavior and sick mentality, poisoning our young boys and girls mind. I remembered growing up in the 70’s and early 80’s Antigua were never this way with all these evil activities and non-nationals.
