Milton “Josai” Henry, 68, and 28-year-old Rowel Martin, both of Grays Farm, appeared before Magistrate Dexter Wason in the St. John’s Magistrates’ Court, jointly charged for receiving an iPhone.

The pair pleaded guilty to the charge.

Although Henry was also charged for stealing the phone, he pleaded not guilty to the offence, and the prosecution withdrew the charge against him.

During the course of their investigation, the Police say they executed a search warrant at Henry’s residence, but nothing of interest was found.

However, at that time, he was arrested and taken to the St. John’s Police Station on suspicion of larceny. REAL NEWS
