  1. Why is ANR selling this as if its something new? There has been one person hospitalized for some weeks, and for at least a week now there was an additional person

    • Then they said that “Two hospitalised with COVID-19 in Antigua and Barbuda”
And I am not reading it anywhere here

  2. Why are the patients at MSJH. Correct me if I am wrong. Did the Minister told us that they have prepared a place at the old Holberton Hospital for these patient with millions of our tax dollar. People of Antigua we need to wake up and follow our money. Just wasting our money in this serious time and them we knight him. Something is wrong. Covid or no Covid. We need to rise up and get this government out and redeem our country. I can’t breath. Please God we put them in but it is time to take them out.

    • @youth. Exactly.
      The Infectious Disease Unit.
      Opened with much fanfare.
Boasting pressurized Oxygen, Ventilators etc. An area for non-critical covid 19 cases + separate area with ICU-style beds for critical ventilator patients.
They told us the purpose was to keep any possibility of covid-19 entering msjmc to ensure regular hospital activities could continue so preserving the nations health.
They received big donations in $ and equipment from not only Jumby Bay & Mill Reef but overseas too.
Like you Youth, we’re curious why C-19 positive patients are going to msjmc, which we don’t think has a proper isolation bed, let alone unit.
We are also curious where de money gone.
Not holding our breath to receive an honest answer on either point.
