The Antigua and Barbuda Meteorological Services has upgraded the tropical storm watch to a warning for both islands as slow-moving Tropical Storm Philippe poses a severe weather threat.
A tropical storm warning indicates that tropical storm conditions are expected within the warning area in the next 3 to 7 hours.
The Met Office reports a 90% chance of storm-force winds for Barbuda and a 70% chance for Antigua.
