Trion George Sentenced to Nearly 5 Years for Ceco Pharmacy Robbery

Trion George has been sentenced to four years and eight months for robbing Ceco Pharmacy on January 5, 2023.

He pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery and larceny.

George stole $80 in one-dollar coins and $20 from the cash register.

During his escape, he threatened a security guard with a knife at the East Bus Station, forcing the guard to surrender his wallet containing US$100 and EC$55.

George was later apprehended by law enforcement. Justice Tunde Bakre considered his time on remand in the sentencing.

  1. Hmmmm, well deserved but…….normally time for such crime is shorter….seems like somebody get pay off to sink this guy……guess other will think twice now before they try to rob the elite. Good job with the time served, well deserved.

  2. He held someone at knife point during the robbery. This report is very misleading. He earned ever year of that prison sentence.
