Officers confirmed on Wednesday night that the child’s grandmother, upon learning of the video, made a report to the Four Roads Police Station.
The child’s mother is also assisting the TTPS Child Protection Unit with investigations.
Police reports say the man was severely beaten by neighbours but escaped and is currently on the run.
According to reports, the video was said to be recorded in Diego Martin.
