A 15-year-old girl testified in court that her mother’s boyfriend raped her when she was 12 year’s old.
The court heard, the incident happened in 2013 and the man was 27-years-old at the time.
The complainant said the man picked her up from her home and took her to a KFC restaurant to get something to eat.
According to her, he eventually took her to his home and told her he wanted to have sex with her. She said she told him “no” but he responded saying “yes” and she started to cry when the man began to remove her clothing.
The girl said it hurt when the man tried to force himself into her and testified a little bit of his penis entered her vagina.
If found guilty the man can be given a sentence of up to life in prison.
