A family is in grief after the sudden demise of 22-year-old Allysha Williams, who passed away at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center’s Intensive Care Unit at 5 am on Tuesday.

Following childbirth on December 17, she suffered Cardiac Arrest, prompting immediate ICU admission.
Despite efforts, her health worsened, leading to her unfortunate demise.
Fortunately, the newborn is in good health.
A post-mortem examination is set for further investigation into the tragic incident.

Yes that’s true but at that point you’d have been diagnosed with heart issues or see issues prior…this isn’t that. It’s becoming very common even in children younger but yes it’s normal.

Very sad indeed and my condolences to her extended family. Birthing a baby is something that many of us, especially mem take for granted, but it is never easy for the woman. So many things can happen. Glad that the baby is alive and well. This baby is destined for greatness. I hope that the necessary support structure is in place to care for and nurture this child. Sometimes, these tragic situations produces “miracle” and brilliant kids. It’s a pity that the baby would have to grow up without the presence of the mom. May the entire family be comforted.

Look, I am not trying to insinuate anything. The fact is, cardiac arrest at 22 is not an everyday occurrence.
Things are so secretive and clandestine in this country we will probably never know the real cause.
I know for a FACT that youths that I personally know, have died mysteriously and today, we have no definitive cause. Sounds like something from the Twilight Zone, Cause Unknown. The conclusion of inexplicable excess deaths in Canada and the UK, Cause Unknown.
Staining for spike protein in the heart will NOT be done. If that’s the cause, we’ll never know — That’s why there are so many cases of cause unknown deaths these days.
I would love to claim ; Vaxcine,,but this is a phenomenon,that has,,been around,,and has gotten more notice in the Med.field since early 2000’s when the numbers rose,,,sharply,,,well before Covid showed up.Not an easy task to carry a child for nine months.Still not an easy task,for up two years,,after giving birth,,for a woman’s body and especially,,her mind,,,where a state of depression may kick in,,causing they,to commit,,despicable and heinous acts to themselves and the child.

Child bird is a tough health issue lot of women go through that as well as depression. It can make you, or it can break you. Unfortunately, this young lady lost her life at 22 years of age. Thank God the child is alive so to the grandparents and family members enjoyed that baby and remember to always speak of her mother may the good Lord be with y’all.
Sure true ANTIGUA in general need more help in cancer, stress, mental health, depression, dementia just to name a few need a better hospital more staff they’re just way behind time. I almost lost my girlfriend during childbirth. It is a very serious thing. She had difficulties and no doctor showed up until late. I actually saw her life passing before me. She had to get blood transfusion immediately after giving birth. We are now separated but I will never forget what she went through and will always look out for her, be there for her.
