
Tourism Ministry Mourns Passing of Staff Member Sarah Laurent
The Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Transportation and Investment has expressed condolences following the death of staff member Sarah Laurent.
In a statement shared on social media on Tuesday, the ministry said Laurent’s “contributions, dedication, and kind spirit will always be cherished by the Ministry of Tourism family.”

The ministry noted that Laurent worked in the Statistics Department within the Ministry of Tourism and extended condolences to her family, friends and loved ones.
“Today we remember and honour the life of our dear colleague, Sarah Laurent,” the statement said.
The tribute was issued on behalf of Tourism Minister Charles Fernandez, management and staff.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones during this difficult time,” the ministry added.
“Rest peacefully, Sarah. You will be deeply missed.”
