“-Our agency cannot confirm that Mehul Choksi was onboard the vessel.
-We can confirm 1 Indian and 1 British National as passengers in addition to crew of the vessel.
-We cannot confirm that Mehul Choksi was ever onboard the vessel because we were not booked by the vessel
-We were contacted upon their arrival to serve as their agent because legally, due to COVID entry protocols, all vessels require an agent to enter.
-We were contacted once they arrived at port without an agent.”
