Thousands of supporters gathered on Saturday night as the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) staged its “Red and Reddy” concert, days before voters go to the polls on 30 April.
The Rising Sun Grounds was filled with party supporters dressed in red, as the event blended entertainment with campaigning in the final stretch of the election race.
Performers included Masicka, Sizzla, Burning Flames, Destra Garcia, Asa Bantan, Claudette Peters and Tian Winter.

Supporters waved flags, sang and danced late into the night, with the concert doubling as a rally to build momentum for the governing party.
The event comes ahead of a planned island-wide “megacade”, with organisers expecting a large turnout of drivers in a final show of support before election day.
The activities form part of intensified campaigning by the ABLP, as parties make their closing appeals to voters.

We need to know of the Kaos that took place too and hope no one is seriously hurt and what link does it have to do with the USA tragedy?is it a co incident hmmmmmm
Bread a roses for the masses. All a big distraction from the real issues. Instead of debating on subjects that affect all Antiguans the ABLP parade on stage like a bunch of imbeciles shaking their bamsie and trying to wine. Yes Antigua that’s what makes good leaders. This island is not a real place.
That’s simple psychology been advise by white political consultants that Gaston is paying, I fir get the name but they do work in Africa too, their advise is to massage the impoverished population of black poor people in Antigua and Barbuda with illusion of temporary hope, to also get concerts and freebies for them to attend and as young people gather pair pressure will cause them to seek validation by wearing the same color clothing while in a competitive spirit of our performing each other in dance and end up feeling obligated to vote for Gaston.
But the morning they went home and there is no water at the pipes and while driving home in the potholes road some sense and reason coming back to their brain not to vote for ALP, and the same cars Gaston raised 40% license tax on is what he is depending on to run on bad roads to get Gaston and his family and ALP politicians to continue renaissance or rebirth to a fabulous lifestyle of the self enrichment scheme.
We have to wait till a next election to jump up and dance and remain in hight tax hard life , and when you call Gaston at his radio station where he assemble to curse out Antigua he telling you to call Lynette.
