Source- Real News Antigua: The government housing programme has been the target of thieves, who
made off with a number of construction items being stolen from a property
under construction at Pares Village.

This incident was reported to the Parham Police Station by a sub-contractor
for National Housing.

It is alleged that the perpetrators used force to open a metal door and gain
entry into the house from which they stole two cylindrical locks.

Allegedly, the intruders also went to a 20-foot container that is adjacent to the
house in which the sub-contractor had left two rolls of 2.5 white and black
electrical wire; two buckets of water paint; and two boxes of all-purpose
silicone – which reportedly were all stolen.
