  1. RIP Gordon.

I think that yet again Banks is setting the foundation. Please do not take this out of context: Men, in this month of Men’s Health, let us aim to be 20%healthier next Fathers Day. *Lets do it for Banks*.

I have seen so many great atlethes (male and female) who in their 40s and 50s, no longer appear the part. Of course exercise doesnt ensure a longer or better life, but based on all the science currently available, (and unless there is an underlying heart issue), most men at least reap some bene’fit’.

Yes competing is part of sports, but lets pledge to care about each of our fellow men. Instead of encouraging the usual ‘What ya drinking after a game’ , we must say ‘Bro we got to work on our Numbers’.

So Banks, for next Fathers Day, this 1 is for you.
