However, I would like to think that when any gun is to be used by Law Enforcement Officers in the line of DUTY, that the Officer in question would have been TRAINED in the use firearms in such a MANNER so as to ENSURE that A MORTAL Wound will NOT be inflicted on the person who is being Pursued…… (unless of course the Officer’s life is ALSO At RISK).

We are currently awaiting Our Law Courts EFFORTS to hear the Case where 2 or 3 CHILDREN witness THEIR FATHER being Killed in a manner SIMILAR in description to what is being reported here in THIS News Article.

Could THESE situations be avoided with PROPERLY TRAINED LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS in the use of Fire Arms? Just asking ….

Law enforcement should be trained to shoot to injure in order to stop the perpetrator.. ONLY if there is a theat to like should you shoot to kill. In this case there was no threat to life so WHY take such a young life. ANTIGUA IS DIEING without children there is no future.
