Teen Girls Escape Suspected Abduction Attempt Near All Saints School

Two teenage girls have reported separate but similar attempted abductions outside All Saints Secondary School, prompting serious concern from parents and community members.

The girls, aged 14 and 15, were reportedly approached by a grey Toyota Vitz on Thursday. According to their parents, three men in the vehicle tried to coerce the girls into the car. Both teens managed to escape unharmed but shaken.

The mother of one of the girls, described how the suspects drove off when another student arrived.

The father of the other girl, said his daughter was approached by a man who reversed the vehicle and encouraged her to get in. She raised an alarm, drawing the attention of bystanders.

He later matched the vehicle’s licence plate to another similar report and filed a police report but expressed frustration at the lack of response from authorities.

Another incident involving a different student was reportedly dismissed by police due to the student’s age, with officers stating that a parent must be present for any official complaint.

The parents are urging vigilance and linked the incident to wider fears following the tragic abduction and murder of 9-year-old Chantelle Crump. Authorities have not confirmed whether the incidents are connected.

Police have yet to issue a public statement.

  1. These incidents are concerning and moreso very alarming. So you are telling me that if a young underage girl makes a report that something has happened to her, the police are not taking her statement unless her parent is present?? What can go so? What happen to having a surrogate stand-in for the parent until the parent can be contacted? There is a department of Government that is supposed to be tasked with things of that nature, there are also female officers who can bear witness to the child’s statement. Then what do you do with the child? Just send her back into the streets?
Our streets don’t seem to be safe for our young people, both girls and boys.

  2. Is this a village that forms part of the constituency held by the “Leader of the Opposition”? Hmmm, interesting.

  3. At this point, I’m fearful for my child’s safety even More so than before. Children are scared to out and play or walk the streets. I fear for their mental health always being fearful for their safety.
Why are they so hungry for our children’s innocence?
It’s time the police come out and walk the streets like they did during covid. Stop hiding! WE ARE FEARFUL! WE ARE NO LONGER SAFE! OUR CHILDREN ARE SCARED AND MENTALLY SCARRED.

  4. As far as am concerned seems like police knows whats going on because they these kidnappings / (attempted) they are not taking this serious enough makes me wonder hmmmmm anyways me fooly i sat outside the class

  5. Prime Minister, shouldn’t the army be used to control our streets, at least near schools? It would be an excellent deterrent for these damned criminals.

  6. Young ladies and young gentlemen please be careful in public. Always keep aware of your surroundings.
This is madness. What is going here in Antigua?

  7. If these folks at the helm of the police department, national security and the government simply listen to experts like myself, these school children would not be victims and suffering the severe emotional distress they are suffering from the traumatic experience they are describing, plus because of the incompetence of the folks I listed above. It is not like I didn’t predict these things and provided solutions, as I did, it is just that the helm of the government and the police seems as if they definitely want to convince the public of their incompetence.

What have I been posting about regularly for years? Just listen, my goodness, gosh. Listen. The poor and innocent children will continue suffering..

  8. When you have a convicted Pedophile every minute on National radio trying to convince people that he has been rehabilitated and .hundreds of parents with young children stay quiet then those emulating him will say it’s OK but what they are not catering for is that some fathers will go to hell and make friends with the devil to protect their daughters when these people are caught flogging with incarnation is just so when we see a young man limping he will be know for his past deed so bring back the cat o nine tail and give the nation justice leave the little girls alone some Asian and Arab countries they fix them real nice take out the finger nails and so leave we girl children alone because their brothers and uncles are angry

  9. This video is very shocking. I saw some stuff floating around on Facebook but didn’t know it was that serious. We need to be careful

  10. This is very serious. We cannot continue to become complacent with these things. These predators are out there. They are very very very brazen
