Team Antigua & Barbuda to Compete for Top Honors at Taste of the Caribbean Culinary Competition
From November 18-20, Team Antigua & Barbuda will proudly represent the island at the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association’s Taste of the Caribbean Culinary Competition, where top culinary teams from the region showcase their skill and creativity. Competing against Barbados, St. Lucia, Bonaire, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Turks & Caicos, our team is set to vie for individual awards and the coveted destination prize.
Representing Antigua & Barbuda are:
• Senior Chef Ronald Wilson from Blue Waters Hotel
• Pastry Chef Britanya McLaren of Hermitage Bay
• Junior Chef Azarie Crump, Antigua & Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute
• Mixologist Auslando Davis, Curtain Bluff
