A suspended nurse, Jahmesha Millwood of Bolans, is set to face trial on October 14 for allegedly selling fake Covid-19 vaccination cards.
In mid-March, she pleaded not guilty to 22 charges related to forging immunization cards to deceive the government. Millwood reportedly charged over EC$1,000 per card, committing the offense on November 13, 2021, at the Multipurpose Cultural Centre.
She falsified cards to indicate Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccinations during a period when Covid-19 vaccination was mandatory.
At the time, she was a 29-year-old mother of two and an employee of the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre who also volunteered at vaccination stations. She appeared before Justice Tunde Bakre and was assigned the trial date later this year.

Next time around, Health workers will practice self-preservation cause too many ungrateful ppl out there. We can talk now about the lives that were saved and the lives that were lost. We can talk and scoff at all who worked hard to achieve herd immunity. Next time we might not be so lucky !!
