Arthur James, a 28 year old motorist, turned himself in on Wednesday afternoon following his attempt to avoid having his vehicle searched on Tuesday; he was accompanied by his lawyer.

On Tuesday morning, James, driver of a white Honda Step wagon, was stopped by officers from the police traffic department. They opt to search his vehicle and he reportedly sped off and the police drove after him.

In his efforts to evade the police, he reportedly hit two other vehicles.

His vehicle was later found abandoned in Cassada Gardens.

James is likely to be charged sometime this week.
