1. Amen:Now that you have been given another chance at life. Speak your “TRUTH” as to how you ended up in Antigua and Barbuda. Tell us who brokered you into coming this country and under what pretense?

   • Also, Please tell us how you ended up on the vessel that was transporting you from Antigua and Barbuda? What destination were you promised that you disembark?

     Is this the first time that your fellow countrymen and women made an attempt to leave Antigua and Barbuda via this method?

2. So listen .. Carl … you need to answer questions… everybody all of a sudden want to bring in god … you were breaking the law .. traveling illegally to smuggle into another country .. the same way you came to Antigua illegally .. you broke the law ..

   You said you are grateful to god so now tell the truth … were u trying to enter the US ILLEGALLY… why did you depart from Antigua ILLEGALLY.. you did not use a legal port .. who did you pay .. how much … what and who made arrangements for you to come to Antigua … what were you told would happen when you got here .. TELL THE TRUTH …this is all a crime and frankly you should be arrested and deported … if america caught you you would be with ICE right now waiting to be deported

   And I don’t want to hear that I need compassion .. WE NEED TO STAND UP FOR ANTIGUA AND DENAND ANSWERS …. THE LAW IS THE LAW … we can’t feel sorry for people because they are from a poor country … there is a right and a wrong way to do things … you must follow the law and processes and from day one these Africans who were allowed to enter the small, struggling country illegally have been breaking laws !!!!!!

   Europe has had many Africans drown off of their shores .. Greece has had many Africans drown off their shores .. they do not take responsibility for those alive and ‘take care of them ‘ they actually send them back home …

   But apparently whatever shady deal of corruption Gaston made when he did that illegal deal for Antigua airlines he promise them they could stay here so he can’t deport them

   By the way …. How come up to now Antigua airways since it was so legit don’t have anymore flights to Antigua ????? Only the 2 flights to bring in poor refugees and dump them on one of the smallest, struggling Caribbean islands and that’s it ?????
   2 flights to bring in people ??? Who then never leaves x????

   • I am one of the Africans who came in through the chattered and we were not trafficked by a single person rather many wicked travel agents. If you ask my fellow Africans who told them about Antigua or helped them get here, you shall then understand that no 5 Africans have the same agent. Some agents collected money from us to get us to south America and some said America. We came in about 900 persons and only 600 are left because some true agents kept to their words and got some of us flights to leave Antigua at the early days . But some agents abandoned some Africans after collecting advanced funds to get them to south America. Yes Antigua airways was launched in West Africa which was announced and had to be used officially as a newly launched airline for those who always dreamt of visiting the carribean. But some travel agents saw it as a transit route to get us to south America. Gaston Browne isn’t the problem and neither did he bring us here . As a matter of fact the faults are the travel agents who collected money from us . Being a newly launched airline there wasn’t many checks done which led to all of this. I came into Antigua on the 28th of December which was one of the last flights to arrive and I recalled we had issues with the plane boarding. Seems it was already noticed in Antigua that we were not rich and maybe someone tried to stop the plane from coming . So we had to provide funds of atleast a thousand dollars before coming. Alot of Africans going into measures of using fake passports or using boats to leave is firstly because of the fear of deportation. And also from the beginning we never felt welcomed . We are also humans and if not of our political situations , some Africans who came in with the chattered flights were doing good in Africa than most antiguans and are very literate.

These people are so soulless that they can’t even wait for a brief period to show some respect for those lost lives before defending the mastermind behind the Sham Airline. Despicable. Disgusting. 7. In the US, undocumented workers can only get hard jobs that have low pay. OR they end up on Skid Row or Lost in Phoenix. Americans may scam you, insult you, sabotage you at every turn, rob you and even poison your beverages. :(. There are lots of successful Africans in the US…but they have papers.

   Why don’t foreign governments set up work visa programs with the department of Agriculture, Tourism etc. in the US? The thought that this man probably spent his life savings on this escapade seems ridiculous. I wonder what he is planning to do without papers?

      Our forefathers were indeed brought to the shores of the Caribbean, North and South America as slaves. I wonder how so many thousands were transported from West and Central Africa by the Europeans if there was not collaboration between big African players and Europeans. You see, African chiefs were major players in this tragedy and when this is mentioned here people cover their ears to this unpalatable truth. You are in no position to deride us as slaves as many Africans to this very day are sold, yes, sold by Libyans when they enter Libya when they attempt to cross the Mediterranean to reach Europe. You are still regarded as a commodity so be careful when you speak. Slavery was abolished in this region in 1834. Slavery was not abolished in Africa until 1981, something you are seemingly unaware of. 1834-1981. And the last country to abolish slavery is (???). Go take a running jump back to your wonderful hell hole.

      This individual is not a comedian, a comedian is one who is a master of his craft that makes his audience laugh because he or she is funny and amusing. This character from the most backward region of this planet has neither of these qualities. He is, to put it politely, an ignoramus and should be pitied for his lack of intellect. One certain thing about us ‘slaves’ is that we do not risk our lives on a daily basis trying to reach Europe or USA in unseaworthy or overcrowded boats resulting in loss of life by drowning. The writer should ask him or herself why this is so. One thing this has reavealed is the true feeling of Africans towards us, something I have long suspected. The ‘Our brothers and sisters’ brigade must be gnashing their teeth in bewilderment. I am not. We live and learn.

If is was so great, stay and take care of the hell. First start by cleaning up the trash all over the place.     To the African who regards Antiguans as illiterate. The Africans who decided to leave Antigua in the same way, as they entered as thives in the night! They are Billionaire according to him, but not one of them purchase a life jacket, very cleaver Billionaire Africans.

    It’s not disputed that Antiguans became enslaved people because of African Obas and chiefs who were prepared to trade Africans for European luxury items!
    Ultimately, the Europeans ended up enslaving them.

    Antiguan’s slave ancestors were enslaved for free labour, but has he considered his et al category of enslavement? They are economically enslaved, hence why they are fleeing their country at any cost.

    Nigeria, for example, is the 6th largest world oil producing country, but 95% of its population lives in abject poverty.
    Additionally, it was the Ghanaians and the Nigerians who started the slave trade in West Africa where they were trading West Africans to the Arabs. Incidentally, a trade that continues to happen today. It was not so long ago that Nigerians were trafficking Nigerians girls to the Italians as modern day slaves, and some of those trafficked slaves, the Italians used them for sexual pleasures for their dogs. If you’re unaware of the evil that Wes Africa have committed against humanity, Google your history.

    Before, condemning Antiguans as illiterates, firstly, check your grammar and syntactical issues.

    As a professed enlightened person, I asked the question, what are you doing in Antigua?”

    If you did your research you will find Antigua’s literacy level is above the region’s bench mark and is on par with the USA and the UK.

    You and et al could leave our shores through any means possible, but make sure you are fully equipped to do so, including having a visa and life jackets.

    Antigua does not need no lecture from you and others, we are have a developed system where would apply for visas before travelling!

    Nigerians with its huge resviour of oil, but it citizens goes without electricity for 16 hours per day. Many Nigerians are having to rely on generators to pursue some semblance of normality. Why are so many Nigerians are having to rely on generators?

    The suppliers of the generators makes more money from the sales of generators, plus purchasing of oil, which is more profitable to keep you all as enslaved people than making electricity available.
