The Chairman of the National Honours Committee wishes to inform the general public that the deadline for submission of Nominations for consideration for the 2021 National Honours is Thursday, 30th September, 2021.
Forms may be collected from the Office of the Governor General Mondays to Thursdays 8:00am to 3:00pm and Fridays 8:00am to 1:30pm and returned by 2:00pm on the day of the deadline.
Nominations may also be requested by email. Completed and signed forms with supporting documents can be returned electronically. Persons interested in using this means are invited to call the office at telephone number 462-0002/3/5 to request the service.
It should be noted that nominations made in 2019 and 2020 will also be considered this year and such submissions will not need to be resubmitted.
All persons visiting the Office of the Governor General are expected to comply with Covid-19 related protocols.
