The Cabinet examined the agreement which it has entered into with the Stem Cell Research and Application Facility on Friars Hill Road, and has revised the grant of certain concessions so that the facility may begin receiving permits for their professionals, and the ability to accept clients who will come from many places in search of the life-extending treatments which it will offer.
The Stem Cell Facility was stalled during the rehabilitation of Friars Hill Road because of the dust and the unpaved surface which characterized the roadway for many months.
That multimillion dollar investment is now in a state of readiness to begin operation, since the roadway is completed in its vicinity, and the Cabinet has given to the facility the green light required to begin.
