Spice wants Prime minister in Jamaica to change the law on curse word.
In an Instagram video, she highlighted the name of a festival in Belgium, where she is set to perform. The name of the festival is Bomboclat Music Festival, a word that is deemed as offensive under Jamaican law.
Spice, in her video, questioned why is it that a word so offensive in Jamaica is being celebrated in other countries.
She added that other countries are making a profit from the aspects of the culture that are deemed as offensive i.e. curse words.
She ended by asking the government to revisit the law and encourages them to embrace the culture that the tourist love about jamaicans.
