Kenroy “Spani Man” James of Ottos and Casey McKenzie of De Souza Road who were indicted on charges of wounding with intent and assault with intent, respectively, have pleaded guilty to their charges and are slated to appear in court for sentencing today.

On February 26th 2017, the two men were involved in the stabbing of Jowayne Haughton at the Cactus Bar on Prince Charles Street, causing Haughton to be hospitalised in critical condition.

When their trial began before Justice Stanley John on Monday, McKenzie pleaded guilty to assault with intent to rob.

Four witnesses testified against James saying they saw him stab Haughton unprovoked.

Yesterday, as the trial was about to be resumed, James asked to be arraigned again and pleaded guilty to wounding with intent.

    • That is the same thing I am here asking myself. They need to tell us their nationality…Antiguans or non-Antiguan? The authority need to let us know these accused and convicted criminals nationality…statistic data are very important.

      • So wa difference it mek? Antiguans and foreigners are the same.

Which of them come from Mars and practice sorcery?

        Kmbct

      • @Foreigner, yes it matters when it comes to the economic development and growth of my beloved country of my birth. These types of data are very important to any country economy.

        • Chups. Y’all know it’s foreigners keeping up Antigua right? They don’t live here free. Ask immigration and the landlords

  1. They not antiguans…. they are mashing up this country..its in their dna if u breed with one your kid could be come a criminal dna people

    • I don’tt know about their DNA, but I do know the real question is WHO RAISE THESE PEOPLE? We need to put an end to all these violent people coming here. The future depends on it. Next they will wreck even the tourist industry and nobody will come here. They will not feel safe. In fact, nobody feels safe right now. The police and the courts need to clamp down big time. Government must pass stricter laws and give law enforcement all the assistance they need to clean up this mess.

    • For ever non-national criminal I’m sure there are about 7-8000 non-National individuals contributing to society by opening businesses, bringing money into the country and circulating the money as well. I’m referring to all non nationals not just black non-nationals…

  2. Don’t act like Antiguans aren’t criminals.
Don’t tell me it’s foreigners turn then into thieves and murderers and abusers and alcoholics. Because Antiguans don’t have a mind of their own and their dumb like door nails
