Well-known transgender social media personality, Washington Bramble, is gearing up for a legal battle as she faces accusations of insulting Chief Health Inspector Sharon Martin in the High Court.
Bramble aims to represent herself and file various applications, including a request for case dismissal.
The charges stem from alleged derogatory posts and a video uploaded on Facebook in response to a health inspection at her residence.
Justice Ann Marie Smith has scheduled a return date of October 30 to allow Bramble time to review evidence, prepare submissions, and be ready for arraignment.
