Until this inept government find the smarts to combat these violent crimes in this country, unfortunately carnival would just be another opportunity for these criminals to further terrorize the citizens and tourists alike.
I hope they get it correct, but I dought it.
They have been woefully terrible on crime and immigration for the last 11 years..their track record is atrocious.
The citizens of Antigua are so crippled by fear, many of them wouldn’t even come out for carnival..
A damn shame indeed.
Islanman26: This is one of the best administration ever run this country like it or not. The evidence is stearing you rite in your face. I know what you going to say; The government have done nothing – blah – blah. Crime is all over getting it under control is another thing. I must say the government have been doing this no doubt. You may say; more needs to be done.”well yes” This don’t mean that rolling party is inept. Relax yourself.
Hope dem make the process simple—vendors already have enough stress.
Me understand the need for order, but why wait so close to Carnival?
Re-register again? Me done register from since last year!
All ah we look forward to Carnival hustle—just mek it work.
