Gosh! Am such a stupid police! I should have allowed the clearance to catch the person, but it have a name and address, because nothing can be shipped from around the world without identification of shipper and receiver. But what you know boss inspector ask us to always pick up these drugs safely and deliver to them, and no court case so the drugs disappear, but I wonder where?
@? These kinds of shipment are usually cleared by individuals working at the airport and this could be one of the reasons why it seems like law enforcement doesn’t do follow-up surveillance.
The third paragraph clearly states:
A 38-year-old Jamaican man was subsequently arrested and taken into custody connection with ongoing investigation.
He is expected to be charge and taken before the court.
Did you read the article in its entirety before commenting?
@people assume: To get to the root of the smuggling of drugs and other contrabands you want break the kartel not just the bagman clearing the contraband. The Jamaican would not be distributing 60 lbs of ganja by himself.
@???: Again people always assume… If it was that easy then all kartels would be reprimanded. You have to start with the bagman and work your way up. Where do you expect to get the information about the Kartel from? Sometimes these persons are paid to take the rap entirely and not say who they work for but at least someone will be held accountable rather than other cases where the drugs are removed before authorities identify the parties involved.
You really can’t please black people at all because they’ll always be something they should’ve done!
