The sister of a government quarry worker, severely burned in an explosion, has voiced her frustration over the lack of urgency in addressing his medical needs.
Gregson Joseph, an employee of the Ministry of Works, suffered third-degree burns to his arms and second-degree burns to his legs and face in the incident.
His sister, Grace Joseph, residing in New Jersey, emphasizes the need for specialized overseas treatment.
Despite government assurances of support, Grace asserts that there has been no progress in obtaining an emergency US visa for her brother.
She criticizes the authorities for their delayed response and urges immediate action to facilitate his transfer to a hospital abroad. (OBSERVER)
