Shalom Bailey, 24, of Donovans has been charged with the murder of Charlesworth Richards Jr of Liberta.
Richards was shot and killed at Ras Freeman, Liberta on 21st June of this year. Since March, his twin brother 42-year-old Charlesworth Franklyn Richards also known as “Twin”, “Junie” and “Boss” has also been missing and is feared dead.
This is the second murder charge for Bailey who was jointly charged in August with the drive-by murder of the 20-year-old Xavier Thomas.

If i am not mistaken , he was arrested in connection with the murder of the young lady in cedar grove of Xavier Thomas so he maybe looking several life sentences. I once had a run in with this individual and the world is a better place without him roaming free
