Please be advised, that all branches of the Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank
Limited are experiencing a reduction in resources due to the increase in COVID-19
cases.

As a result, we have a reduced number of Tellers and Customer Service
Representatives available at this time.

This will affect the wait times at our branches,
Drive-thru service and response times of our Client Services Contact Centre.

Customers are encouraged to utilize our alternate banking channels for their
transactions and only visit the branch for transactions that cannot be
accommodated via these channels which include:

ECAB Debit/ATM Cards
MOREBanking Online or Mobile Banking App
ECAB ATMs
Night Deposit Service
