Alrick Oliver, a notorious con man, has been sentenced to two years in prison after scamming multiple food establishments in Antigua and Barbuda.
Oliver’s modus operandi involved ordering food for delivery and disappearing when it arrived.
His elaborate scheme resulted in thefts totaling $842 from four different establishments.
By luring delivery drivers to hold on for payment, Oliver would abscond without returning, leaving the businesses at a loss.
Despite initially denying the allegations, Oliver eventually confessed to law enforcement.
This incident adds to his criminal record, as he already faces an additional year in prison for failing to pay a previous fine.

This occurred when he recently got out of prison? Did he tried to find a job? Was he unable to find work?
I am not saying what he did was right, but base on the structuring of the reporting, there may be substantial mitigating facts here?
Guy just out of prison can not get work and thought he had no other option but to order food to avoid starvation knowing he can not pay. Defense, necessity (facing two evils and took the lessor of them).
I want more information about this, maybe it can help me determine how to advise the philanthropist on how to donate his $100,000 to $250,000 in Antigua and Barbuda in the coming weeks.
Brilliant timing, for discussion.
When a man’s mind is made up, it’s made up…when your spirit is trapped it’s trapped. This has nothing to do with can’t find a job.
What he need is to seek help. Not physically only but spiritually.
