The tour included stops in Gunthropes, Mount Joy, Pares, Parham, Fitches Creek, Weirs, Lightfoot, and Paynters—areas where road conditions have become particularly problematic during bad weather, making navigation challenging for residents.

Senator Turner acknowledged the residents’ ongoing concerns and expressed his gratitude to Minister Browne for her swift response. He assured constituents that technicians from the Ministry of Works will soon conduct assessments to map out necessary repairs and initiate roadworks promptly.

“We are committed to addressing these issues, and I will keep you updated as progress is made,” Turner said, emphasizing that the community’s concerns are being heard and acted upon.
