  1. It’s time to bring back the death penalty. The wicked mentality of these youngsters is inexcusable. A precedence needs to be set. If you kill you stop breathing.

  2. The less said about these pieces of goat shit the better!
Too much heartache and trauma that day for every one here and abroad. People still grieving!
Throw away the keys to their cells, turn off the lights, and feed them bread and water ’til dey dead!

  3. I agree to start hang them , lazy , coward , punks looking for easy money, they do the damage and tax payers have to feed them foe years, sentence them to death and kill them rass .

  4. The death penalty has never been abolish in Antigua and Barbuda. The death penalty is still in the Law of Antigua. The problem is as long as we have the Privy council as our final court, nobody will be hang in Antigua. The Privy council is in England. England has abolish the death penalty so they will never rule for a death penalty in Antigua or any other country who have the Privy council as their final court. So stop blaming the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda. We need to move away from the Privy council as our final court of appeal.

    • Don’t use this as your campaign to abolish the Privy Council, Antigua is far too corrupt in its Court system. The people of Antigua will never have any sort of justice, what you want is to have the PM and his cronies as judge, jury and executioner for the people. Antigua needs to have a higher Court to appeal to, unless you would be happy with building a dictatorship?

    • Well highlighted @ Little Johnny, I’ve said the same said thing about moving away from the UK’S 🇬🇧 Privy Council.

As a sovereign country, we should have moved away a long time ago from the restrictions and jurisprudence of another country. Simple!

PATRIOTISM IS A MUST, NOT A WHIM …

  6. Well these youths of today are the off spring of some of you who commenting on death penalty so be careful of what is wish for! Cause Antiguan society bad minded, thief and always minding what’s not your business….!

    • As so to concur: I too yield my conscience as so deployed, to answer yes for the aforementioned constitutionally proscribed (death penalty) as the ultimate punishment at society’s behest. As so be it by decree, of the Law Of The Land.. Let England Rule It’s Own Land. As so too Antigua/Barbuda .We-The-People.

  7. Cutie Benjamin must think he is smart calling himself Little Johnny to use this incident to encourage people to support him wanting to ditch privy council to further stretch the corruption him and his cronies enjoy. Hey there Mr Benjamin, we see you!

  8. These are the young punks thats giving Wadadli a bad name. Look at the face and where the hell he get a loaded gun from?
I agree you took a man’s life just like that, the only punishment is the rope around the neck. They sit in prison and complain while they mommy bring them home cooked food, just to be released back to the streets after serving time, just like the one they let go the other day. Prison life here is a joke, that’s why these Clowns continue to easily walk around and without thinking, or fear make a bigger mess of their lives.
Those days pulling that big wheel barrow around town in their white and blue was a good deterrent.

  9. Hindsight is 20/20 Vision. Since, the late 1980’s to Present, when these #Street_Thugs, enabled by POLITICIANS, ask Gaston & Asot about #RED_SHUT. Ask Baldwin about #GREEN HOUSE POSSE!
    Ask Cutie about #WHITE_SHUT!

Vere’s now dead, but he would have seen the incubation of these #Street Gangs in Ottos, Cashew Hill.

Lester is now dead too, but #SPEAKS_POSSE grew roots to fruits in City East.

Ask, the Representatives from RURAL NORTH about the LEBANESE, SERIAN and EXPATS CREWS.

Ask the now governor Williams to Namba to Chet to the Defense Force/ Coast Guard about the #Rings In English Harbour.

Ask Wilmouth about the #whore_house on wheels and the development of the RED_LIGHT WHOREHOUSE DISTRICT from Newgate Street to Halcyon to Fort James to the Harbour to Heritage Quay!

Ask the former Police Commissioner(s) to the present about, their patrolling and intervention tactics.

Now go back and ask yourself(s) am I, this naive to think, that I did not recognize the SIGNS of what was to come in the future.

Unless and until, CRIMES and CRIMINALITY are addressed from ALL angles, ALL aspects to include those CRIMINALS in the purported UPPER ECHELON, of our society known as WHITE COLLAR or QWERTY BOARD CRIMINALS, the enablers of the STREET THUGS, ain’t shit gonna get done or improved except moving from the #Shit_Cart to the #LATRINE to the #GOLD COMODE!

  10. Parents need to serve jail time, those are the ones that should be hanged.
There are the ones who failed as parents, there are the ones responsible for the murder of this young aspiring guy.
16 years old is just a child, if he were raised this could have been avoided.
And to add, these very parents just keep manufacturing more and we’re talking here about only two adults, what about other such parents ?
We need to limit the amount of children some people make, we need to control the population because many are even qualified to be called parents.
many are not raised, they are dragged up.

  11. Perfect example of why I stated, from my research, that increase in penalty does not decrease crime, but decreasing opportunity for criminal behavior does can be seen from the fact vicious and inherently dangerous crimes have been increasing or continuing since the killing of this Syrian man in the store and some perpetrators have been caught.

Usually this would have caused these kinds of vicious crimes to stop for some time after words spread about the accuses and the type of punishment they face but as you can see, inherently dangerous crimes like robbery, assault, battery, burglary, murder, rape, etcetera did not stop or decrease during the immediate period after that incident.

This is not normal social behavior in Antigua after such vicious crimes. The crime situation is becoming even more horrific and I am pleading with the Government to begin immediately using advance degree experts in social, and behavioral sciences to implement real policing, and social techniques to reduce these deviant and criminal behavior.

I am warning Antigua again. You now know which Asministration I warmed and who to blame for not listening.
